When you are on that webpage, enter "JR" for program type and your zip code. You should see "MTA Spring 2012 Team Tennis" on the list and a box to register on the right. When you click that box, you will be asked for your player's USTA number and you will need to select an age and a level.

If your player is not already a USTA member, they will need to join to participate in JTT. The USTA is offering free 1 year 10 and under memberships. For more information, go to:

If the player is 11 or older and needs to join the USTA, they can do so at:

Jr USTA memberships are $20 per year.
